Bacon Grape Brie Panini
chopped CoVi red grapes
Butter for bread
Begin by buttering the 2 slices of bread.
Place buttered side of bread face down onto panini maker
Place your thin slices of brie as the first layer on your bread.
Next, take your chopped grapes and arugula and scatter on top of brie.
Take your pre-cooked bacon slices and layer on top of grapes and arugula.
Take additional brie and add on top of bacon.
Take other slice of bread and place un-buttered side face down on top of ingredients.
With your Panini maker on “sandwich mode” or “medium heat”, toast Panini until golden brown (10-12 minutes)
