Fresh Farm Figs and Grape Turnovers
  1. Pre heat oven to 400 F Mix together
  2. Whisk 1 egg white- set aside
    Whisk 2 tbsp. milk and 1 egg yolk
  3. Take 1 package of frozen puff pastry sheet- brush egg white along edges, spoon 1/3 cup fresh figs and CoVi grapes onto 1 puff pastry sheet, fold puff pastry into triangle and place onto baking sheet, brush tops with milk and yolk mixture. Bake for 20 min
