Goat Cheese Pasta with Roasted Grapes
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package
  2. For sauce: place softened goat cheese in a medium bowl and add 1/2 cup hot pasta water. Add 1 tablespoon of crushed rep pepper flakes. Add ground pepper and kosher salt. Mix and Stir
  3. Pour over pasta and toss.
  4. Place on plate.
  5. Add Roasted grapes
  6. Top with Julienned Basil.
  7. Serve
