Roasted Grape and Thyme Scones

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Place grapes on parchment lined baking sheet- roast 20-25 mins
  3. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
  4. Add butter and rub into flour mixture- set aside
  5. Crack egg, beat egg. Whisk in creme fraiche and whipping cream
  6. Add egg mixture, all at once, to dry ingredients
  7. Add in roasted grapes and thyme and stir
  8. Gather dough into ball. Knead until dough is nearly smooth
  9. Form dough into individual balls
  10. Place onto parchment lined baking sheet
  11. Bake in over for 15-20 minutes or until scones are golden brown.
  12. Remove scones from baking sheet, serve warm or cool to room temp.
